We are growing fast and build up more data teams for new projects and client services.

Now we are looking for Data Specialist who will work on product optimization projects with millions of users affected by your input.

What you will do:
- Design, implement, organize and analyze advanced statistical testing for specific problem-solving needs (e.g. A/B testing)
- Work with our Data Engineers team to identify high-value data sources and build requirements to facilitate data gathering, storage and retrieval
- Build tools to automate workflows and generate insights
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the products. Form hypotheses and run analyses
- Work closely with products, marketing, and growth teams and support them with data analyses
- Use data to understand the influence of applied changes and make data-driven recommendations
- Operational monitoring of KPIs, determining the causes of deviations
- Ad-hoc reporting

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience with data-driven product development
- Experienced with mobile app analytics, understanding how it works
- Knowledge of analytics systems like Amplitude or Mixpanel
- You have a good understanding of funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modeling, churn analytics, and A/B testing.
- Good SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, redshift)
- Ability to formulate and verify hypotheses
- Upper - intermediate English verbal and written communication skills

-DBT tools
- Python (pandas)
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience with mobile attribution (appsflyer, branch)
